033 - Absolution
The Bible declares that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Your sins have been forgiven and from time to time we need to be reminded of that. The guarantee of forgiveness ought to forever erase the record of debt that once stood against us. That has all been nailed to the Cross. On this episode I invited my friend, and fellow podcast host, Scott Oakland to chat about the idea the concept of absolution. Though Scott comes at this from a Lutheran perspective, we can all agree that the assurance of forgiveness is just a plain, Biblical concept.
